  • Redesign and optimize the infrastructure with Oracle EXADATA system advanced on performance and availability.
  • Tune long running SQL batched jobs amount of 270 processing billing service.

RESULTS

  • Obtained cost effective more than half reduction in Oracle license price by Oracle ESL.
  • Batch processing can be finished within 1 hour at night time without any affect to their business; it was took about 8 hours more before.
  • Prior to carrying out the project, invoice and payment tasks required a long time process, and UNITEL received more than 300 complaints from their customers every day; now no further complaints have been received any more.
